A nice 1 bedroom apartment located in Pasadena, a great neighborhood in Bogotá. You can easily visit the city downtown, Monserrate, ZonaG, ZonaT or Zona Rosa, La Calera or Usaquén. In this neighborhood, you will find a nice and quiet area to enjoy.
The apartment is very cozy and warm, that is rare in this cold city. The 32´´ TV is outside the room, so someone can sleep while the other watches TV. It has one bathroom with hot water.
The kitchen is fully equiped with:
- Coffee maker

- Set of knives
- Can opener
- Wine bottle opener
- Iron with ironing table
- Safe box
- Microwave and electric grill oven.
- Washing machine
- 20 piece cutlery set

The Building is new, it has only passed one year since it was occupied. It is equiped with:
- Rooftop with chairs to hang out or see the sunset (open from 6am to 8pm).
- Handicap elevator to access from the street to the lobby.
- Private garage and 11 parking spots for visitors.
- 24/7 surveillance.
- Camera Surveillance.
I live and work some blocks away, for anything you´ll need. If you need some directions, or want to know what to do in the city, where can you continue your travel through Colombia, help with local traditions, language or moving around.
Checking the map you´ll notice the apartment is very close to all the gastronomy, night life and best shopping areas.
The neighborhood is really nice and safe. Very calm mood all the time. A lot of parks where you can walk or jog in the mornings.
Transport by taxi is one of the best ways to move around because is cheap compared to most cities around the world.
15 min to airport ($(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) USD) <br” />10 min to bus terminal.
15 min to US embassy.
5 min to zonaT and parque 93.
10 min to Usaquen.
20 min to to historical center and Candelaria neighborhood.
All these times are without traffic.
You have the Transmilenio stations calle 100, calle 106 or Puente largo.
Two blocks away you´ll find Carulla supermarket and a little bit further you´ll find Romi that is cheaper that Carulla. Where Carulla is located you´ll find some restaurants and in the back side of this mini mall there is a currency exchange place, a hair salon, sushi and teppanyaki restaurant, Charlie´s(a roast beef burgers place), a bakery, Bodytech gym and others.
I have a person I trust with really good fees that can pick you up at the airport ($25.000), or take you around the city or to touristic places in the city or outside (example: Salt cathedral in Zipaquira).
